These are the terms and conditions you were presented with at the point of purchase through our self-enrolment link. These terms and conditions had to be accepted and agreed to before you could continue with your purchase.

From here on out, ‘you’ refers to the buyer and ‘we’ refers to Savage X Growth, the service provider.

By continuing with your purchase, you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You agree that the use of additional software may be required to fully utilize the AI Worker/Employee that we customize for you. Any additional software or tools and the costs associated with them are separate and independent of the services you are purchasing from us.

2. You agree that the product you are purchasing is a customized AI Worker/Employee solution, built specifically for your business needs, based on the demonstration and discussion we had prior to.

3.You agree that the support methods available to you include access via email, scheduled support calls, and communication inside a private platform as advised after setup.

4. You agree that access to our services is via two main payment components:

- A one-time Setup Fee ranging from $10,000 or more to $2,000, depending on the complexity of your requested AI Worker/Employee.

- A recurring Monthly Service Fee ranging from $200 to $1,000 or more, depending on the complexity and support needs for the AI Worker/Employee.

The specific amounts applicable to you were clearly outlined and agreed to at the point of purchase.

5. If you opt for a recurring monthly payment, you accept that payments will be taken automatically from your nominated card each month via a continuous card payment authority. Should a payment fail, we will automatically retry your card and notify you via email.

6. You accept that by agreeing to a monthly service fee, you are committing to ongoing payments for as long as you continue to use the AI Worker/Employee. You acknowledge that this is not a "cancel at any time without consequence" arrangement, and any early cancellation terms will be communicated separately.

7. You accept that failure to keep up with your payments will result in suspension or termination of your AI Worker/Employee services.

8. You accept that Savage X Growth offers a money-back guarantee under the following condition:

-if we fail to deliver your customized AI Worker/Employee by the agreed deadline, you are eligible for a full refund of any setup fees paid. Outside of this guarantee, all other sales are final.

9. You accept that the license to use the AI Worker/Employee is non-transferable, and any systems, software, prompts, configurations, and training provided as part of the service are for your use only. You may not replicate, modify, distribute, or resell the AI Worker/Employee or any associated materials to third parties

10. You accept that our site and marketing materials may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of individual users but may not be representative of every client’s experience. Individual results may vary.

11. You accept that any discounts granted by Savage X Growth on setup fees or monthly service fees are at our sole discretion and do not modify any other terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

12. If we agree to offer you a personalized payment plan outside of the standard setup and service fee structure, you accept that the amounts and periods were outlined clearly to you at the point of purchase and fall under the same conditions outlined above.
